Airline / Airport Ground Staff Training Overview
Airline ground staff plays a vital role in airline operations. The ground crew ensures the safety and comfort of passengers by handling tasks such as baggage check-in, providing information, assisting disabled passengers, confirming reservations, selling tickets, and more.
Upon successful completion of the training, an examination will be conducted, and a certificate will be issued. Students will also receive mentorship and have interactions with aviation industry experts for career guidance.
