You will also handle reservations for passengers calling in and assist with luggage check-ins at the ticket counter. Hospitality management involves overseeing the administrative tasks of airport lounges, restaurants, or cafes. As a hospitality executive, your goal is to ensure that the facility is warm, welcoming, and makes guests feel at home.
